As British Cycling's National Talent Development Coach for MTB-XC, I am responsible for identifying and developing the top U16 riders in the UK, to bring into the Great Britain Cyling Team pathway.

I am an experienced mountain bike coach, specialised in working with young athletes. Through the National School of Racing programme I develop the technical, physical, tactical, and psychological abilities of our riders - as well as the key off-bike habits and skills needed for a career in professional cycling.
